Sorry I failed to mention where I caught the crappie on Lake Greenwood--I caught them in the "MOUTH".:DJust kidding I was fishing several different spots mostly was in middle of the lake area--I put in at Irvins fish camp.Saw several different people throwing to the bank but didnt see any one catch fish and saw several guys sitting on brush piles fishing.Saw them catch small crappie. Most of my crappie were in creek mouths they are staging.I was using brown/chart tripple ripples tipped with a Tuffy.slow moving about 10 ft down.Hope this helps you.I heard they were also catching at back of Canes Creek. But I did not go I can not stand alot of crowds.I find my own fish which I have been fishing Greenwood about 25 years.Hope this helps you.:D

Thanks Sccrappie. When my folks owned a fishing resort the reply was often, in the lake, in the water, by the state park, etc. Sometimes that was all they needed to hear:D Where you were getting sounds just like where I picked some up on Tues. They're definitely getting ready to bed.

    Default Thanks

Thank you Scrappie for the information. You know lake Greenwood very well and I am learning from your skill and experience. It is a large enough lake that it will take me some time to even begin to learn it.Your help is appreciated.
I hope you have a joyful and blessed day.
