    Default Crappie Spots near Columbia

I am a member for the Louisiana Forum. I visit Columbia often for business. On one of my next trips, I am thinking about hitching my boat and do some fishing in Columbia. Where are the good Crappie spots in or near Columbia.

    Thanks

    Earl

Yea you would love Lake Wateree,Fishing creek, and stumpy pond.

I have fished all three in one day.

Right now I am stuck on Wateree.Big blue catching.

Doing some crappie out the back working on rod holders now

ooopppss the best one is Nitrolee basin.

Lake murray or Greenwood are two real good places to catch crappie. Not far to drive to from Columbia. I have caught bigger crappie at murray, not as many as greenwood, Greenwood crappie seam to be smaller and easier to find. Thats my 2 cents worth.
