I'm curious to hear what fishing shows are the favorites of my fellow fishermen. My favorites are Carolina Outdoors and In-fisherman. In-fisherman has some neat concepts every now and then. What about you guys?
Sponge Bob Square Pants?:D
I don't watch near as many as I used to. I let the kids watch what ever they want to most of the time, even though they have a tv in their rooms.I like a lot of hunting and fishing shows, but I'm not sure I actually have a favorite.
I don;t get to see many since they all moved to the outdoor channels that I don't get. I can't see paying that much just for a few fishing shows and the speed channel. Yep, I'm that cheap. In my mind $50+ a month for the basic cable I have is way too much. I do get the ESPNs, but it's usually some goofy ba$$ tourney and no real fishing.
In-Fisherman used to be one of my favorites, but I haven't been able to "catch" it in years.
I like Carolina Outdoors when they aren't hunting. That show makes me want to roadtrip down to Redbone Alley and see what they've got on the grill.

Simon Peter said to them, "I am going fishing." They said to him, "We are going with you also." They went out and immediately got into the boat, and that night they caught nothing.
And we act like this Nightstalking thing is new.
For some excitment, read the next verse. A special guest arrived, they filled their coolers and had a fish fry on the beach...in the morning. My kind of people.- Bowfin
In-Fisherman is my favorite. i also like the others if they showing striper, catfish, crappie or brim fishing. I dont care to watch em fishing for species thats not available around here. I dont care much for watching salt water fishing either.
listen with your eyes---its the only way to beleive what you hear...
I agree with In-fisherman. Also like Bob Redforn Outdoors on Sunday morning. He does alot of his fishing in Carolinas. Saw him not long ago launchin his boat at Blacks at Santee
Midwest Crappie, my favorite.
I agree Rango. I can't watch these shows that have a species that we can't exactly take a short ride and drop a hook in front of.![]()
Any show that teaches me something is a good one to me![]()
I sit there and watch them catch bonefish in the Bahamas, swordfish off the coast of Costa Rico, salmon in Alaska and think......why can't I hit the lottery?????:D
In-fishermen: for freshwater fishing
Spanish-fly: for saltwater fishing
But to be honest all of them now-a-days aint nothing but 30 mins ads.
If you don't get hung every-once-n-a-while you ain't jigg'n it right..:D
