Capt Randy Saliga Blue Heron Guide Service would be my pick but, lakemurrayfun.com has a list of guides on it.

I went out with him once in Nov. He seemed pretty good, but I don't have any others on Murray to compare him to.

striper dog, who posts occasionally on here seems to know a lot about the crappie and striper fishing on murray. he lives on the lake and keeps up with what they are doing. if your relative could hook up with him, he would get a lot of free advice...:D. enough to get him started anyway

Thank you everyone, this should get him going. He never fished much as a kid but now has a house on the lake and wants to get his kids in to fishing. ( God Bless Him ) He has a boat and the desire. I am trying to get him into crappie fishing before he goes to the dark side. (BASS):D :D
