Thread: Hartwell report...

just talked to rafdaddy, whose son is on a guided company fishing trip for striper to hartwell. he got a call around 10:am, said they had ten in the boat. and he just talked to him again and said they had 25 in the boat (boats?) going from 10 to 15 lbs. it was a company trip so he dint know how many boats was involved, but he said they was wearing em out....

That sounds pretty good. Did he mention how they were catching them? I know they will go up the river runs pretty soon, but I wouldn't think they were up that far yet. I wouldn't keep any of them, but wouldn't mind catch some.

i asked rayford and he said they was probably using live bait.

Those rockfish can make your pole bend for sure. Sounds like a big time was had.
