thats all i had in my hands this am when i walked down my driveway, rounded the bend and there where the road crosses the creek about 40 yds from me stood a dandy buck eatin acorns under some red oaks thats been droppin nuts in the road. he seen me about the time i seen him and with a snort he was in the woods. when i come in from the nightstalk night before last, three was standing in the road eatin acorns. easy pickins for a rifle. even tho i havent hunted deer in a few years, a sight like that makes my trigger finger twitch...![]()

This is a picture of my friend's yard. They put fresh fruit and corn out in the yard. The deer come every day to eat.

That's enought to turn ME into a hunter!
To heck with work, lets go fishing.
Now that's the kind of back porch I've been needing.
Looks like my dads back yard on acorn drive in Sanford.

Do you fish at SHNP?
Dad works there.
He doesnt fish, might try it next time I am up there.
Are you talking about the little park in Sanford?
If so, yes. We've been there and fished it from the bank, and the little bridge going across it. More turtles than you can shake a stick at!
