Is the water always that color? Where do you find striper bait at that lake or do you catch your own? Never fished water that muddy for striper, And from the looks of it around your friends boat it dosen,t seem to bother the striper.
It is not enough that a man should toil and provide, but that he be granted the pleasure of fishing with a friend.
from what i heard, there was a good rain several days before that muddied the water some. we bought our bait. i got mine at neds and i think thumper got his at vonadores.Originally Posted by Dn.liner

I was set up about 150 yards ahead of Rango and OT towards the dam. I only had one striper pull and I caught him. I finally got tired of setting there and was going to go out into the lake and do my kind of fishing, which is drifting bait. I pulled up beside Rango and he told me that they had 11 fish in the boat. I dropped anchor beside the famed Beast and I caught one more striper and had some good conversation with Rango and OT. I missed OT sitting on the bucket,Originally Posted by rango
I think Rango should post the picture. I had some things to do, so I pulled out at noon. I only had two stripers, two small cats, and one perch.
