Has anyone ever tried to suspend bamboo canes horizontialy up off the bottom? I was thinking of taking a couple of bamboo canes and lapping them over each other with the ends facing away from each other, tying them together and floating them about 10-12ft deep in about 20-25 ft of water in the mouth off a cove where it meets a major creek here on russell. I figured all I got to loose is a little time and effort:D I plan on making more than one drop
