Im from North Carolina but we like to make trips to cedar creek very often, we've been trying to find a bait shop that sells live shad around the landing, we come down 200 and get on 97, so anywhere near there would be nice....
you dint say what landing you use but heres some bait locations. if you taking 97 out of chester, neds is off 97 a few miles out of chester, also on 97 a couple miles before you get to great falls is vonadores. also fishtales is gettin a bait operation set up and hes somewhere close to beaver creek. he will be at our rodeo on the 22nd at the wateree creek landing selling bait before we head out. that would be a good time to meet him and get the full info on his bait operation.
listen with your eyes---its the only way to beleive what you hear...
In Fort Lawn on HWY 21 there is a baitshop that sells live shad. Just North of the HWY 9 intersection.
John 21:3
Simon Peter said to them, "I am going fishing." They said to him, "We are going with you also." They went out and immediately got into the boat, and that night they caught nothing.
And we act like this Nightstalking thing is new.
For some excitment, read the next verse. A special guest arrived, they filled their coolers and had a fish fry on the beach...in the morning. My kind of people.- Bowfin
