    Default Want to go fishing

Well I finally finished the toon and everything is working so I want to go fishing tomorrow wind is 5 to 10 but cold in the morning warming up to 62 in the afternoon. Falling has stopped for the time being so I want to drown a minnow. My choices are Murray, the hill or greenwood. Anybody got any reports on any of the lakes. Murray is slow right now and have not heard about any of the others. What you all say any recommendations. Ain't driving to whylie and Tim is having a hard time on wateree.

I wish I didn't have to work. I hope you find them Don, makes me wonder what they are doing with the cold weather this morning.

We going to Greenwood, Saturday, haven't heard anything but have seen were there's been a couple little tourneys (for what that's worth) and there been some good weights. But we're just going fishing have been able to in a while and even if its a little muddy them fish will bite. good luck

i trolled 3 hours last saturday Greenwood with only one crappie to show for it. I gave Micorps the info on what creeks i found bait in. Still the same case on location this past wkd. Lots of bait and fish in 15-20' in middle of creek channel. Lots of birds diving. I will be back at gwood again this saturday, but only after bass with my son. Very slow bite for any of the crappie chasers i spoke to.

There are good reports from Murray (Big Saluda river area) and on Clark’s Hill (Little River area SC)

Thanks Ink I have fished the hill sc little river side and had limited success. I have not been up the big Saluda lately but I think I am going to take the toon and fish Murray tomorrow and may go to the hill Saturday. I rode up the little river sat and talked to one fellow tight lining and he only had 5. I got to try the toon out to see if it is going to do what I want it to do.

My information that I received for both lakes were long lining reports. Buffalo creek which is located off the Little river on Clarkshill to be specific, and trolling the main river channel near feeder creeks on the Big Saluda.

Going to try Murray tomorrow and see what I can find. Will go back to the hill later. Just not up to a cold run early in the morning. I will be longlinning where ever I fish but will have tight lining rods with me.
