Crappie Wall Hanger II
Striper bite on Murray ???
Looking to make the 2 hr drive down to murray next week & was wondering how the bite is. Also, are any good size stripers being caught. I would hate to drive all that way if only small stripers(less than 21") are being caught.

Charles I was in lakeworld down by the damn Tuesday morning and he had taken a party of 5 out that morning. They limited out and were back at lakeworld by 11:00. The picture he took had some quality fish in it. Don't know where he was fishing but he said jakes cove had been hot. The whole lower pool should be producing some good fish.

Remember June rules on Murray 5 and done no matter what size you keep, after 5 fish you cannot fish for them big fine if caught. Check dnr site

Guys at spoke with were fishing live herring down around 40 feet down. Jakes Landing to dam is hot spot right now.

About a week ago we were catching them 80 foot on the bottom. And yes it's the first five fish you catch whether or not you release or keep it still only five fish you can catch. It might not be worth the drive to catch 5 fish, especially with them being so schooled up now.
