I wouldnt trade mine for anything.I would recommend gettin the co-pilot control too.Its well worth 140 or $150, you want have to fool with the foot control cord gettin all in the way.

    Default Auto Pilot !!!

Get it !!! You will wonder how you ever fished without one !
The co-pilot would be a nice touch.

I have one but need to upgrade from a 12 volt 50 lb. thrust to a 24 volt 60-65 lb. to beat the wind in my 17.5 ft Scout on the "iffy" days.

    All the best -- Satoma

I keep saying I am going to add a co-pilot to mine. I cuss the foot pedal sometimes, except when I am fighting a big fish and trying to wrangle a net too!! The remote seems like it would be nice when you are adjusting speed and direction, especially since you can do it from anywhere on the boat.

the autopilot is worth every penny if you troll, drift, push, pull pick your nose whatever you do they are nice.
