Default Gave santee a try this week-end.

Well for us folks that live to far from a crappie lake to go?:D I went to santee friday in the swamp and end up keeping 12 crappie to put in a pond. they weren't any large ones but the sank my cork- - went back monday and got a big goose egg only trash fish.

Got to get some catfish for a church fish fry on the 21st of oct. so it will be a while before I get to try them again.

Water temp went from 72 drgs. on friday to 65 monday ( I got a feeling that might have some'n to do with the bite.)
    If you don't get hung every-once-n-a-while you ain't jigg'n it right..:D

I'll do my best to stay on them if I ever really do get on them hey even if I ain't on them we can give a try. It's been a long summer glad to see the cooler weather. I got about 5 more weeks of football games to refferee and I'll have my fridays and thursdays free to get some fishing and more hunting in. But I be happy to hook up with you when you get down my way and we're planning on doing the dec. rodeo so leave a couple for us in cowders creek for us:D .
