I figured this thread would show up...I too am interested to see what everyone had/received off their wish lists.
I didn't get any fishing gear this year...unless you consider the casio watch with barometer/thermometer feature.
Honestly did not need anything else so I guess she knows me pretty well.
I hope everyone else got what they needed and wanted and had the best Christmas ever.
got a lifetime fishing license. dont ever need to worry bout a NC license again. also got a lil cash to "waste" at BP.
if at first you dont succeed............drink another beer
Gotta go.......FISH ON !!
I only fish on days that end in"Y"
I got a Field and Steam subscription and someone gave me a membership to BASS...what do you say...

She said she didn't steal it either. She asked them if she could have the magazine! Seems it has a little crappie fishin' article in it she thought I would like.

got me a nice gortex rain suit - and a custom built 7" med/light action rod - built by a fly-rod bulider in Beaufort, NC - this is a spinnig rod for flounder, small reds and trout but will work real well for crappie also - it is balanced real good for jigging
with my mind on crappie and crappie on my mind -
and if ya'll see Goober later tellem I said duh huh - he'll know what ya mean!!!!!!!!
My wife gave me two Driftmaster rod holders and a Garmin eTrex C plus other stuff you can't use fishing.
My son gave me two more of the Driftmasters and some neat DVDS. One is a collection of the old Spin and Marty shows that used to be on The Mickey Mouse Club back when I was a kid (a long time ago) and the other is the first season of The Rockford Files.
All in all in was a great Christmas with family and friends.
Happy New Year Ya'll.

I have spent most of my life fishing.
The rest I have just wasted.
