    Default Where to Go

I've promised to take my son fishing while he's off next week. With the water being so high at Broadwater, does anyone know if the crappie are doing anything at Wateree or Murray....

My boat isn't rigged for spider fishing, but I can do 2 rods off the front and 2 off the rear sides. I got some 10-12 footers that I rig with weights on the end and a couple of hooks above and then troll with the trolling motor slow.

Most of my fishing has been in the Dutchman Creek area of the lake.

i been a hearing the crappie was hittin good in wateree creek gerald. dont know personally but its the latest scuttlebutt ive heard on em at wateree. If i was gonna crappie fish down there i think id bump the baits right off the bottom like i do on wylie. sounds like you are riggin the same way i am. i am planning on doing some drifting fr crappie next week on wylie
