Have you got to try your new 480 max out yet?

Hey Rango!! - I started my Christmas week vacation yesterday thinking I'm gonna spend all week fishing starting today. Well instead I woke up this morning sick as dog with with stinking old chest cold!!! Seems the cold/rainy weather earlier this week got to me so i am probably out of commission for a few days. I haven't missed a single day of work all year for being sick and on my first vacation day, this crap starts. Makes me crazy being stuck inside on a day like today when I coulda been fishin.

Anyway, I am still planning to go down to Santee Tuesday thru Thrursday to try the swamp for some crappie with Gerald hopefully and then head out to the deep water for some of the big cats. I can't wait to try my new 480 out and see how it will perform.

Have you tried your new unit yet? What do you think of it? -Toad

good luck on your trip. hope you and gerald rack em up. no, havent had my boat out since i got the new unit.
