    Default Clark Hill 2/19

Fished Pistol Cr. and Newford Cr. Water was muddy at both places. Put 5 crappie in the boat pushing minnows and added another 10 more longlining. It was a slow day but had plenty of time to play around with the new trolling motor trying to get to know it. The warmest I saw the water temp today was 47.6 degrees.

Good to hear you put some in the boat today. Think of all the fish you could have caught if you wasn't playing with the new toy :D:D I don't know how I fished without one!!! By Sunday the water will warm up and then rain coming Monday Want be long and the crappie will just jump in the boats, yeah right

Was the bait still stacked in the creeks. Sounds like you did better trolling than tight lining.

There was scattered bait but wasnt stacked like we've seen it before. Hardly saw any large baitballs. Seems in places there are some fish congregating though. Just from reading the boards....maybe theyre starting their migration back into the creeks?!?

Congrats on the catch. I didn't see you and as noted had TM trouble but did get one. like you the bait not as thick as mght think. did notice the bait was in 18 plus ft and i didn't see any in the 15 and shallower. But heck was on the water and that what count.
