Thread: First Trip

Went to PC on the Hil and to NFC. GaBowman there somewhere. Didn't see him but did see his trk. Water temp in PC was 47-48 deg and up pass power lines in NFC water temp was 44.5 deg. didn't go far as had trouble with me TM. also the water was cloudy and maybe 12" visiblity. didn't skucked. did catch one CRAPPIE. about 55 oz put her back. used down lines and trolled with dark jigs tipped with minnors no takes only on the down line about 429 PM. got to lake at 1200 hrs left at 1730. Had to get home before dark. This was first time out since Nov 09. and it was nice on the water if I didn't catch a big mess of fish.

Musta missed ya jigs. I did see one boat drifting in NFC close to the powerlines. Was that you? Did you go over and check out Pearl Mill?: Just wondered what the water looks like there.
