    Default Daytona 500

Well, certainly not what I expected. My man...Jimmy J. went out of the race but except for the hole in the track causing all the delays I liked it. Now I havent been a race fan for very long, but it looks like practically all race restrictions have been lifted now and it's up to the drivers as to just how dirty they want to be....and I LOVE IT!:D

Hey! What about that 88 car?!? 11th to 2nd in a lap! Wonder where he'd been all race long.:D

One thing I gotta ask though. I thought on the second wreck on the green/white/checkered the race would be stopped and the winner would be who was leading. What happened to that rule? Was it just for Daytona or is that everywhere now?

The green white checkers was changed this year. This year they get up to 3 times to finish the race under green white checker flag. The fans got tired of seeing nascar end races under yellow, and they'll make all attempts to end them under green.

It was a good race and JR made a good showing. It was nice to see a win go to someone different.

She can come to my podium anytime.:D
I guess she's only going to be racing the Nation Wide {Bush} cars to get more experience for the rest of this year before she jumps full time into a cup cars. She's still going to race indy cars this year to from what they said today.
Anyway she might not make it in Nascar but she's pleasing to the eyes.:D
