Thread: Severe Cabin Fever

The worst cabin fever I ever had was in Mich., in 89. Workin' up there. At the beginning of april I put a jon boat in a small lake with partial ice. Wind blew the ice together, and stranded me for a few hours while I hacked my way out with an oar and running the troller at the same time! Two years later, I caught a double limit in one day of walleyes on the Detroit river, dodgin' iceburgs as big as vw's. 16 eyes @ 7.5 lb av... Mounted the prettiest one. and ate the rest. NEVER GIVE UP!!!! Tink I'm gonna hit the hot hole sat.. For some spots. Good luck to anyone who goes slabbin', I can't see a good catch happining. Is there a diehard out there to prove me wrong?????
Cassee for trout is probably the other best bet?? Or 7 card draw???

Well Bob, When we get 3" it feels like 10'' TO YOU!! We don't keep the proper shovels or blowers.

3" of snow here shuts down EVERYTHING! Plants, schools, even churches will close with that much snow. I guess you could say we're not prepared for snow here since we usually go a couple years in-between snow showers. Snow practically never stays on the ground more than a couple days either.
