I had Fried Crappie, French Fries, Hush Puppies, and washed it down with a cold pepsi.

That DOES LOOK GOOD! Might try cooking up a mess later on in the week myself. 'Course I aint gonna throw off on the 'ole ladies pot roast we had for supper tonight either.

Going to try baking some crappie in the next couple days. Crappie has to be good no matter how you cook em up Now about them fries and puppys, I know I can fix some of them up in an oven :D

I had fried chicken.

When I was working women about 80 would come in the store and ask me how to cook a certain peice of meat. I felt like telling them I cut it but I don't cook it. After all thats the reason I got married.
Now since my wife had a heart attack I've been doing 99 % of the cooking, you never know what lifes goina bring. I've gotten pretty good at it.
Ronnie you can rest assured my wife don't like fish, but she likes french fries and hush puppies, So I cooked them in the oven.
I just wish she'd leave me alone when I pour the salt on my vittles.

We done good tonight! Lobster tail. my homemade cole slaw, twice baked potato, butter beans and topped it off with Lemon Merangue pie and coffee!
It, don't get much better than that!!
