Thread: Lost Boat Lake Wylie

Apparently my boat drifted off the lift due to high water. As it is dark when I leave for work and dark when I return, I'm not certain how long it has been gone, but not longer than a couple days. The boat is a maroon 18' Lund Tyee with Mercury 115 HP outboard engine. I live mid-lake across from the Catawba Nuclear Plant. I suspect it moved downstream from there. Found the boat across the lake about 2 miles away. It was in the back of a cove run aground. My son told me that he saw it missing, just didn't think to tell me. Kids!

With all those high winds and rain water running in the lake is surprises me you didnt find it at some dam somewhere. Glad you found it before the rouges did.

I hope it didnt get messed up.
