Going with my Brother and Son to Wateree tomorrow... prepared for cold and wet ...should be a good day of fishing..

be careful supposed to blow 20-30mph and the main lake can be brutal in those conditions

at 4am the forcast was heavy to moderate rain for the rest of the day with 20mph winds.. we called it off.. just not safe for a newbie imho ...

Smart move. That kind of weather it's not safe for anyone on the Lake newbie or veteran.

Now would be a good time to be on the lookout for floating derbis, like logs,lumber,and picnick tables in the water

hehe.. well I'm about to call my brother for a "rain check" ... see when we can he can go..

Smart move. There should be plenty other things to do that woulda been more fun that being in a boat today on ANY lake.

Yep, I had planned to go today also, but when I heard the weather I backed out, Boy am I glad I did! Now what is all this rain going to do to the lake? We had over 4 inches here.
