Wink Carlos's fishing report for Parksville, SC!! (since Beagler mentioned it)

On Wendsday I ended up going fishing with Carl and Albert. I must say these two men are class acts and I had a great time. Mr. PALMER sure knows the nice locations. To make a long story short the moon was nearly full, tons of baitfish but the bites were few and far between. At the end of the day, I have two new really great friends and Mr. Palmer caught all of the fish. I had a great time and was very happy to be invited. One thing though, i now have a complex with my boat, as I only have 6 rod holders, I beleive Mr. PALMER had about 50 on his rig! So the bite wasn't great but Mr. PALMER did show off his fishing skills by putting a hybrid and a few crappie in the boat while me and albert stared at our poles wondering why they didn't like us. Great time and I am grateful for the trip and the hospitality everyone showed me. Carlos
I'll catch them all next time!!!!!

There is no better host than Carl Palmer. With the full moon about to go away the night bite should pick up Thanks for the report.

The best times are fishing with friends. Catching one is just a bonus.
I think the cold front and the moon has slowed things down a bit.

Sounds like fun. Good friends come easy when you fish togather. Sounds like you got some good-uns. Congrats on the trip

Carl's hospitality sounds like everything that I knew it would be. He does know his stuff and can show you how to put fish in the boat, just that full moon was a LARGE obstacle to have to deal with last week. And as far as Carl's rig...well, let's just say I was truly intimidated when I say all those rod holders he has on it.:D:D

Carlos, I know you guys had a great time on the lake and probably learned a little along the way. Fish or no fish, congrats on the trip.
