Thread: Nice Striper From C.H.

Allen showed me a fish he and Tammy caught this morning striper fishing and I grabbed the camera to share with you guys. Allen has struggled the last few times out and today wasnt a great day as far as bites goes, but he did manage ONE fish...and here it is. 25 1/2 lbs. 41 3/8" long.

That's a nice one Tell Allen congrats. You don't mind a slow day when you come home with one that size.

Yea, you said a mouth full there Carl! I dont have the patience to spend a half day or more fishing without getting bit. That's too much time doing nothing which gives me time to think up something else I'd rather be doing. I was glad to see Allen with that big 'ole grin on his face though. He's been fishing pretty hard this year for a decent striper and finally got one. Not the biggest by far, but the biggest he's ever caught...a PB for him.

thats a great fish butch. give allen a pat on the back for me. I was hoping to get down there before the summer ended and do a little fishing with you guys and give them big boys a try but dont look like ill make it.
