A big dead striper washed up on the beach by my house last week. It was bloated but looked like it was around 5 lbs. Took several pics but they didn't come out.

we need DNR to stock the lake, we need to start an email campaign bugging them about it! At the least the stripers would tear into the perch

Ive heard that NC and SC cant come together on it and 1 side wont do it unless the other will. I guess I can understand that. But cant understand why they cant agree on what could be a good thing. There is more that enough bait for them to strive. Ive also heard that the lake isnt deep enough for the hot summers, but on deep lakes a thermocline kicks in and they can only go so deep to get cooler water.

Good luck getting it done, Ill send a email if someone finds out where and who to send it to.
