    Default get the ticks off!!!

deer season is getting close and as you do your scouting you may get ticks on you, i read somewhere (cant remember where, im having one of those senior hours --- im way past moments :D ) that you can put liquid soap --- a good wad of it -- on it and in 20 secands or so it turns loose then just wipe it off with a piece of tishue. no hole tore in your skin where you pull it loose. ive never tryed this but if any one has please let me know how it works.----- happy hunting to all you hunters. 1 DOVER

I'd like to hear if that works too. We have had a bumber crop of those little suckers this year. I still have a couple spots from about 6 weeks ago that just won't heal.

Yes liquid soap works wonders, just as u say pour some on wait 20-30 seconds & they will back themselves right out. Dogs vet told me about it few years back & yes it works. He used Dawn soap, I guess any would do....

If it's where you can reach or have someone help.

Light a wooden match, blow out the flame, lay the hot head of the
match on the tick, he'll back out and fall off.

Clear fingernail polish works good on killing the chigger itch too. Just gotta NOT SCRATCH long enough to let the fingernail polish dry.
