Default 800khz problem on Humminbird 899

Sent my HB 899 in for the 800khz repair on Tuesday, Sept 23 and got it back on Tuesday, Sept 30 (one week turn around time). Just got to go on lake this morning to try it out and see how they done. I think they solved the problem and it has a better pic than before. Anyway here are a couple pic of 455 khz and 800khz from before repair and a couple after the repair. See what you all think. Is it better in you opinion are not. The before and and after pics are from two different lakes so take that into consideration.

Cray I think those bright blips were stumps. I was in a channel and you can see the shadow the bright blips are casting. Didn't fish much , just playing with DF to see how it done. Did catch 21 Tuesday down there though. The lake is down around five feet for aquatic control.

J_ROW, what is the 800khz repair? I bought a 899ci last month and although I don't see any issues with mine I want to make sure there isn't any issues with mine.
    Thanks in advance.

    kickingback

800 khz was washed out (no details). Don''t know but the new ones may have the fix already. If you have not changed out the compact transducer that came with the unit for the longer high def transducer you'll never see the problem as the one that comes with it will not do the 800 khz but only do 455 khz.
