Coming home Sunday for a week to visit the relatives and was wondering how the white perch are doing. I'll be close to Bear Creek, Cedar Creek, Smith Lake area. My uncle likes to go below the dam at Wilson for catfish but I've never fished for white perch at any these places. Any reports about where they're biting and what they bite on best would be very appreciated. I live close to Shreveport, LA so I could return the favor if anyone ever comes down this way. We are catching them pretty good around here-most days.

I can't help you much on Pickwick or Wilson but I would think you could try casting a jig near structure or try dunking some minnows in tree tops and do ok.
