Marion county has been bad for about 3 years now....
Marion county has been bad for about 3 years now. Nothing but 8-10 inchers with a few larger ones mixed in.. not sure about Shawnee in topeka. Its not known as a crappie dock but it is heated.

I snuck out yesterday and today and nothing for crappie but I hooked a massive bass in 4.5 feet of water. he ran 20 yrds and threw my jug. He got my blood pumping for sure !!!

Went to my dads Dock 2/29/12 to wet my line for 15 min after work. Just to see if they had come shallow yet. his dock is in 4-6 feet of water. Its in a cove that is about 100yard across 7 feet deep...
