Update -
At this point, next week, after a culvert is replaced, and some dredging done, the temporary overflow pipe will be removed. Thus, allowing the lake to refill.

Try locating brush piles, jig them. Pull a jig over the tops of weeds, along the weedlines. Slip bobber with a jig, in the weeds.
