I went today. Was not too impressed. Not many tackle dealers. Crappie busters was there and seemed to have lures at a decent price compared to the other dealers.

As far as Kansas, Look at Kansas Statue 8-1904 for length of vehicles and 8-1907 for towing vehicles. Notice what it says about brakes on the 2nd towed vehicle.
