Miss this time of year-except the weather swings.

I ice fished a few times,but was always nervous,never trusted it.

I'm in Naples,due west of Miami,about 4 blocks from the gulf.Believe it or not,it was 39F tuesday,20-30 mph wind,so even the tourists were cold.Was acutually freezing about 30 miles inland.

All I know is after catching them for years,I still am able to slice my finger on the gill plate.

Been in SWFL for a while now....getting dialed in on saltwater fish..no more 5 min drive for crappie anymore :(

If I remember correctly,"most" of the spots are listed to the public......a few are left out for the volunteers to enjoy.

that was my guess,for blue crab.Those sabaki rigs are fun,catching bait sometimes is more enjoyable than the actual fishing!!
