Salt Water Gathering

Well guys/gals, it is that time of year again when the crappie have slowed down so some of us switch to the salt water mode. I sat down with my wife with a list of dates and the one that worked the best for us is the 4th of July weekend.

I believe I should have enough fish and some shrimp in the freezer where we can do a fish/shrimp fry one night.

IF everyone wants to throw SOME of their catch in on one day, we can have a crab boil. Normally I would be able to have enough for both nights but after last year when my boat broke down and I wasn't able to catch the crabs I was counting on, I figured I would ask all of those that participate to help out.

Please let me know who is interested so we can start getting this event planned.

Whose all coming? This here could be a shin dig of a life time. Lets get some ideas i didnt realize it was this time already. I think i burnt my brain in the sun. I am for surely going to make something with crab in it.

I told Dwyane the other day that I won't be able to make it after all. Can't get off work. Pretty bummed about it too, but I hope you guys all have a great time! Try to get out of the sun a little so you don't roast! Hope to see lots of pictures afterwards!

Dwyane I wish I could be there but I am taking my Dad up to DC to visit my sister for a week. We leave Thurs morning. Hope you all have a good time and we'll see you all soon.
