Default Big Lake with the FishinMagician

Well I got to make a trip with the famous FishinMagician Sunday and boy what a trip it was! Went to the wiers and caught all the red fish we could handle. Started out catching a few in the marsh and then moved out to the wiers.

This one was too short but was picture worthy with all the spots.

FM putting his back into it!

And the result.

We caught a few small ones too.

FM was even nice enough to let me catch some too!

We managed several doubles and later triples when Riverfish came with us.
Man it is hard to get a good self portrait with fish! Good thing FM was there b/c my pics were terrible! lol

So I figured it would be better to let him hold them and I would take the picture. BTW, these were the ones we were throwing back!

Default Continued

FM playing juggle the red fish as Riverfish watches!

He finally got control of it.

And right after that Riverfish caught one too!

Yep he was released too.

Caught this sucker at the first wier earlier in the day and then at another wier later in the day. We believe it was the same fish b/c I had to rip my hook out of his tounge.

And finally the sunset picture. Thanks FM, I had a great time! I can honestly say that was the best red fish trip I have EVER made!

Purdy darn good fried also just coat with mustard and bread like regular fish.

Good job guys. Makes me want to go down to the coast. I wonder how my 16ft Tracker would do down there? Oh never mind....

Dwyane, Congrats to you, FM and RF. Looks like yall had a blast. Wish they would have bitten like that when we were out there. Glad to see yall got on them good. I heard they were doing real well off the end of the jetties this past weekend also. Thanks for the pics and the post.
