Default Caught this little girl...

Lets just say that I ate off of this one for a while.
Total Weight was 160lbs.
Took me about 45 mins to get her up... I caught so many of these I didn't even take pictures of most...

Dang, that's a big slab.

I believe that's a 'black' crappie isn't it?

That is about 200 miles of the coast of Kodiak Alaska. Just a KY Boy trying to do what we do in the big pond...

Man, I have always wanted to catch one of those! That thing is impressive! Heck I would have settled for the one on the deck! Thanks for the picture.

You know the little guy on the deck is a lot of fun to catch too. They fight the whole way up. The large one likew this are kind of dead weight comeing up the first time, but as soon as they see light or the boat they go right back to the bottom and then some. We were in about 200ft but the line count had 350 something out on it... That was a fun fight.

Thanks, you know to be honest with you all. I wasn't going to keep her because I was about to be shipped out of Alaska. Hell as soon as I got her next to the boat...The Captian had the gaft threw her.... He said "That was the biggest he had seen and it was coming on the boat..."
