Atlantic Ocean - off the coast of Virginia Beach

I was so sick on Tuesday I had to go catch some fish to feel better.
Slow day for us in the ocean. Three fish total but I'm not complaining.

Bobby's fish - 30" Striper

37" Striper (fatty)

and a 22.5" flounder (out of season, released ).

22.5 is a good eating fish.....I tagged and released a 30 and a 31 1/2 within a 1/2 mile of where they are in the photo !! ( in august tho )

All three of them fish are nice. So yall have a season on flounder? as far as I know, we do not. Or if we do, I caint find it. Only thing I can find on it, Southern flounder, Ten fish per person for each consecutive day on the water.

There are lots of guides and charters available. Way too many to pick from and a lot depends on species and location.

For recommendations, you can call any of the marinas in Virginia Beach or post a message on ************** (virginia board)
