Thumbs up Big Lake

Me and my cousin went to Big Lake yesterday and caught each a limit of specks and each a limit of reds. Best trip I have had to the lake in years! Going to try to go back Wed.

Dwyane, Wow..a limit from Big Lake. That's to good to be true. It is a must that you pencil me in on one of your trips. Whatcha catch'em on? Dead shrimp or plastics? Well Nice Catch and Congrats dude.

I know I replied to this post just a few minutes ago, but it seemed to disappear, so here we go again.
Nice catch, looks like yall had a blast. Did you fish the deep hole near the bridge that we talked about the other night? Thanks for the pics.

Nope Johnny, caught the specks in the lake and the reds in the marsh.

WOW! That is quite a day. I'm limited to one red and 4 trout in their respective slot and trout season is closed Nov. and Dec.(Florida)
When is the fish fry?

When is the fish fry?
The Fla.north east limit is 5 trout and 1 red and the season is closed FEB., but we don`t have the numbers they have either.
