Default 6-Pak salmon on the grill

The action moved back out to deeper water, but the fishing action remains great. We had a great time out on the water.
Nice catch Jim and the Boys.
Here is the secret cooking instructions for 6-Pak Salmon:
Make a tray out of aluminum foil ( turn the edges up about a 1/2 inch)
Place the skinned fillet down first.
    Salt
    Alot of diced onions
    A couple of lemon slices
A couple of chunks of butter
    Sprinkle with Caraway Seeds
Pour a can or 2 of beer over the top. (Bud Lite or MGD)
Do not cover, just place on a hot grill or 350 in the oven.
When the meat is flaky the fish is done.
Usually it will take 4 beers to be consumed as a timer for the fish, thus the 6-Pak Salmon name.
    Enjoy the Fish!!!
