Joey Gets Out Fished by His Sister
Another perfectly calm night, and Joey the good luck charm that will work his magic for candy and soda was put to work getting some fish to bite. We worked our way out to 300 feet of water and put some smaller bows in the box. We turned back to stay within texting range, and with the sunsetting we had to crank up the tunes and wait for the moon to rise. Being such a nice night I decided to give this late glow bite a chance and dumped some glow spoons deep on the riggers. The 140 foot down rigger went off and the fight was on. Haley pulled in here first lake trout that tipped the scales at 14 lbs. It's time to fire up the smoker!
