Headed out on a 120* and set lines in 150`, we had 3 in the box before I had all the lines in. It wasn`t hot `n heavy with multiple fish on, but it was very, very steady. A # 1 fireline dipsey with a Blue Liz Chedder flie 40` out went 8 for 11 according to the group, I lost track

It was by far the best producer

. I ran a few spoons, Silver Streak Magnums, the Smurf and Red Baboon deep (125` and 135`) in search of some kings. After making it to the 170`s without a hit I checked the lines to find a 3 pounder that was going along for a ride. I used rubber bands on the release to help detect another light hit and within 20 minutes we landed a 10 lb.king on the Baboon. Later another at 8 Lbs. went for a Kevorkian Fish Doctor spoon 85` down.
The fish again were hungry, and everything was working, boards, riggers, dipseys, and the lead, it was just a matter of finding the pockets. We came in early with our 5 man limit having to shake a few off at the end. All in all another great day for early May
