Well it was nice, warm and sunny as we left the harbor, but the winds kicked up and cooled things down quickly. I heard the fish had moved out deeper with the strong West winds we had, and I spoke with a couple Capts. already out and they were in the 160-180 range. We pointed it East and dropped lines in 120`, when we reached the 130`s we saw our first action where 3 rods went off, and a couple more not long after. That was the tone for the entire trip, we`d go through a dry spell and then multiple rods would pop. I stayed between roughly 140` and 160` catching our 5 man limit, and finished off mine while I was cleaning fish. We had 1 laker, 3 kings, the biggest was around 9#`s and the rest were coho. If you`ve ever been out with me, I rarely run a mate, and you`ll know I don`t have time to write down every rod and bait and how many fish it took. I`ll just remember the ones that produced best. The kings and Laker came on a magnum Pro King double crush glow down 100`, I saw a few marks, so I dropped it down. We also had action on an 8 color stinger green dolphin running down the chute. Riggers down 18`-30`, dipseys 40` and 45`, no ring #3. All with "00" orange and various midget flies, they all saw action.

Yes that`s my puddum in the back row middle, I was asked to get in the pic and also show we weren`t over or limit. I then realized the kings were blocked by the rack in front. I`ll blame it on the photographer

The coho came in two distinct sizes, the bigger ones for the most part were all stuffed, and the smaller ones were empty.
