Took the boat out for it`s test run with another charter Captain on Wednesday afternoon. Headed South towards Great Lakes marking fish in the cloudy 18`-20` range. Shot out to cleaner water and lost the marks. Brought it back in and had 17 hits landing 8 coho and a brown in about 2 hours. The other captain thought it was funny :p doing everything he could to loose the fish, said he was just getting me ready for the season.

Anyhow one dipsey bite with a small orange Spin Doctor 15` out on a #3 setting, the brown came on a Fishlander Blueberry muffin down 11`, and the rest were on boards with midget flies, both the green and blue liz saw decent action.

The coho appeared to have fed well over the winter, at least the ones we caught were a decent size.

Take advantage of this unusually warm weather we`re having and get out, the fish are here!
