Randy I had less work on 230 acres than I do here there are tons and tons of yard work here to do too much for me also the factor that we are getting up in years and also that the hot weather. I plan on moving back to the state of Oregon where I was born and raised don't get me wrong guys this place is beautiful in the fishing is fantastic is probably many of you know I've posted a well back on some fish that I can't build crappie were running between 13 and 17 inches which is huge compared to where I come from anyway Randy here's your chance to buy a beautiful piece of property with a brand-new boat dock

Bob, Sorry to hear your throwing in the towel on Texas but I warned you about this Texas heat. Comes down to freeziing in the snow or baking in the sun.I'm like you I'd rather bare the cold you know its going to warm up sooner or later. Good Luck with your sale.
