I'm from NJ...Close to bottom no? Crappies feed up and Perch feed down and they work some of the same areas ...they seem to have an agreement and almost the same sized mouths.You work high and I'll work low and we'll chase the bait to each other .If I am not mistaken they are both early spring spawners and prefer similar temps.

Where are the access points for this lake? I come down there several times a year for work, and wouldn't mind getting a little fishing in while there.
