the washington state record for yellow perch is 2lbs 12oz. we don't have white perch. my personal best is a whole bunch of 12"-13" ones that go about a pound but i can't seem to get anything bigger than that......yet

I scuba dive, and live here in knoxville TN and was diving in a quarry and saw a small school of some pretty large yellow perch in about 50' of water or so. I know things look bigger underwater, but I wonder if there could have been a world record in there.
