Perch season is upon us
I am certanly not "the perch fisherman" but I plan too give it a shot this year, in Virginia, I have seen some awsome post last year, and I want to be a part of it this year heh.
If anyone has some tips, thanks in advance.

I assume you are talking Yellow perch. They will start spawning very soon now. Northwest River and North River (between Sligo and Eliz City) are two good places. Minnows on the bottom will do the trick. Several people are planning a get-together at Northwest on Jan 28th. Watch for the posts under Va forum. Hope to see you there.

Hey Bill (wave)
I have been thinking about that trip, and yes I'm talking about those tasty yellow perch. Actually some of the pictures may have been yours from last year.
, I have yet to fish that lake. I may get the courage to give it a shot, I hope the weather cooperates.
Thanks for the reply.
