    Default Shenango/ Pymatuning

Fished Shenango on Saturday from 0800-1200 and caught a few slabs, then we went to Pymatuning and caught 40 keepers from shore. Went back to Shenango on Sunday and kept 30 slabs 10"-12". Released many 9" fish. Fished in 2-3 fow at Pymy and 8-12 fow at Shenango. Went back to Shenango on Monday and kept 16 and released about 20 in 8-14 fow.

Good day Bob. Have they moved in shallow yet? Me and T O caught close to 50 up at Pymy stumps sunday at the fish-together. The fish up there were in 5 to 8 foot water. About 80% of what we caught were black crappie. Some good size too. Was heading to mosquito today but think i'll just go to shenango. Wind is supposed to pick up to 15 to 20 mph today. Rode those 2ft'ers over there saturday. We got 8 walleyes tho. See you at the lake.

    Default Wilhelm

Just wanted to let you know that after Pymatuning I stopped at Wilhelm on my way back home . Should have stayed at Pyme and gotten a few more slabs . I tried the short end of Wilhelm near the interstate till almost dark . Nothing of any size at all . Total of maybe a half dozen small crappie , some small perch and a few gills . Didn't see or talk to anybody else that were doing any better . Unless thing change a lot , My vote isn't for Wilhelm next getogether even though I normally really like that lake .

Any other suggestions? Mosquito or shenango? Both will have good bites next month.

If possible, how about making the next fish-together on a Saturday if that's okay with the rest of the members.
