    Default Lake Arthur

How is Lake Arthur this time of year? Is it too early for the crappies to be in the shallower water? Still learning the seasonal patterns and mostly shore fish but friend has boat and we want to try here. Would also like to get up to Wilhelm and possibly Shenango. Most of my crappie fishing has been in the smaller local lakes. Thanks.

Fish the shallow dark bottom bays at any of those lakes. The crappie should be in there looking to nest. Wish I could get out. Let us know where you go and how you do.
