Thread: monday fishing

Want to know is anyone going out on mon to ice fish? I dont want to venture out alone since the warm up and if any one wants to meet up let me know.
Thinking about either shenango or mosquito!

Shenango is out. High water from all the runoff. The rec area and GR are closed because of it. Haven't checked CF or SB, but i'd be leery of ice in those areas too.
Saw on OGF that squito is still fishable. They're catching some nice fish too.

Fishing was pretty good today. Me and Bill got on them right away. About 35 keepers between us. Some really nice crappies, a couple nice perch, and a huge catfish ( that my buddy wouldn't grab out the hole ):D We represented KCA honorably. Got a few pics to post later.

I had a great day fishing with a good friend who i honestly believe could catch fish without even a hook on! Chauncy was correct we did get in em very nice fish and a beautiful day!! Enjoyed it smitty!!!!!!!!!!So the KCA is out there catchin fish!!!
